RYA award for Bangor Marina
RYA recognises marina's berth holders' charter

Bangor Marina's Royal Yachting Association Berth Holders' Charter Award has been revalidated for a period of 2 years, following a re-assessment by Mr. Peter Waring, Facilities and Development Consultant of the RYA, on 14th August.
This award was first made to Bangor in 2003 and last renewed in 2005. The latest award follows agreement between the RYA and the Bangor Marina Berth Holders' Association that Bangor Marina should continue to hold the Berth Holders' Charter.
The award is essentially a recognition from Bangor Marina's own customers of the standards consistently achieved in providing good customer service and value, covering 10 basic principles including value for money, security, facilities, staff, enjoyment, communications, suggestions and complaints and maintenance and safety.
Andrew Jaggers, Manager at Bangor said: "Quay Marinas Limited is delighted to be able to renew this award, which is based on an independent assessment of services and facilities in Bangor. It is held by only 14 other marinas in the UK and is maintained in recognition of our ongoing productive relationship with the Bangor Marina Berth Holders' Association".
