Hartlepool Marina is a major boating facility on the North East coast with over 500 fully serviced berths surrounded by a cosmopolitan mix of bars restaurants and hotels. The Historic Quay is nearby with the 17th Century warship, Trincomelee. A tourist town with shopping centre is an easy walk away. Beautiful crusing water north and south access channel dredged to chart datum. The marina can be accessed five hours either side of high water via a lock: note that yachtsmen wishing to enter should contact the marina on VHF Ch 80 about 15 minutes before arrival.
